I chose to complete a two-year training program with CoachU one of the first accredited programs in the nation. Since 1998 I’ve been blessed to work with hundreds of individuals.
My office is in Lake Stevens, Washington outside of Seattle. I work with clients via FaceTime, Zoom, phone, or Skype. Currently my office is closed due to Covid.

As the former Providence Hospice Volunteer Services Regional Manager I was privileged to train 100’s of compassionate community volunteers throughout Western Washington to be with those at end of life. This work taught me life can change instantly, and to heal whatever blocks us from reaching our full potential and living the life we deserve.
For most clients I am a resource, a tool, helping them to build a stronger personal foundation. A strong foundation allows us to navigate the ups and downs of life with grace. It creates an environment for healthy relationships to flourish. During the process new perspectives, clarity, direction, and practical tools are gained to accomplish anything you set your mind to.
Clients become mega energy managers. They are able to set healthy boundaries, create healthy coping skills, identify and get their needs met, which increaes self-confidence and self-worth.
WHO DO I WORK WITH
Over the past 25 years as a Life Coach I’ve worked with:
- reducing stress
- easing transitions
- the loss of a loved one
- individuals newly dx with a chronic or life threatening illness
- family caregivers
- healthcare professionals – nurses, doctors, social workers
- individuals seeking personal growth and spiritual development
- self-actualizing individuals
- those nearing the end of life.
I’ve worn many hats over 30+ years- teacher, author of I Believe in You: Discovering the Inside Passage to Happiness published in 2005. I’ve been a business leader, a hospice volunteer, the Regional Manager for Providence Hospice Volunteer Services working with dying and their families, a community activist, and in the early 90s owner and operator of Grandma’s Medicine Wheel an alternative healing community resource center and since 1998 a Life Coach.
In every role love, the heart, has led the way. It is from that authentic place I choose to operate.
I love life. I have a wonderful husband of 30 years, great kids, and grandkids. I have fun, compassionate friends, and clients creating incredible lives despite any adversity they have faced.
The commitment to this ongoing work is life changing and worth the investment.
I look forward to serving you.
Please know: I am not a therapist or counselor. I do not diagnose mental illnesses or provide counseling services for those wanting treatment plans for a mental illness. There are many great therapists in your area and I work with individuals who use both. As a Life Coach I use my vast experience and intuitive insight to help you reach your goals.
