My name is Sandy Powers. I am a Life Coach. In 1998 I had a choice to pursue becoming a Spiritual Director or Life Coach. I chose to complete a two-year training program with CoachU one of the first accredited programs in the nation. Since 1998 I’ve been blessed to work with hundreds of individuals.
My office is in Snohomish, Washington outside of Seattle. I work with clients via FaceTime, Zoom, phone, or Skype, or in person.
AREAS OF FOCUS
.Heart healing .Personal growth .Spiritual Development .Caregiving at End of Life . Develop Healthy Coping Skills .Better relationships .Self-confidence . Authentic living .Relief from Compassion fatigue .Reduce stress . Increase energy . Communication . More joy . More peace
As the former Providence Hospice Volunteer Services Regional Manager I was privileged to train 100’s of compassionate community volunteers throughout Western Washington to be with those at end of life. This work taught me life can change instantly, and to heal whatever blocks us from reaching our full potential and living the life we deserve.
For most clients I am a resource, a tool, helping them to build a stronger personal foundation. A strong foundation allows us to navigate the ups and downs of life with grace. It creates an environment for healthy relationships to flourish. During the process new perspectives, clarity, direction, and practical tools are gained to accomplish anything you set your mind to.
Clients become mega energy managers. They are able to set healthy boundaries, create healthy coping skills, identify and get their needs met, which increaes self-confidence and self-worth.

BACKGROUND
I’ve worn many hats over 30+ years- teacher, author of I Believe in You: Discovering the Inside Passage to Happiness published in 2005. Please know: I am not a therapist or counselor. I do not diagnose mental illnesses or provide counseling services for those wanting treatment plans for a mental illness. There are many great therapists in your area and I work with individuals who use both. As a Life Coach I use my vast experience and intuitive insight to help you reach your goals.
